It had rules on the legal notice, among other things. A new German law on digital services has replaced it.
So older legal notices still point to the old law.
Definition
The TMG was the former German Telemedia Act for online services and contained, among other things, rules on the legal notice. It has been replaced by the German Digital Services Act. References to the TMG therefore still appear in older legal notices.
