We offer three care packages. They differ in the scope of ongoing care, the allowance for small changes and the response time. All prices are net per month. Which package fits you depends on how business-critical your website is and how often content changes — we clarify this together in the free initial consultation. Part of good care is that somebody keeps looking even when nothing happens. A website rarely reports for itself: an expired certificate, a form that has not delivered a single email for weeks, or an extension that quietly stops working after an update usually only get noticed when customers complain. That is why we regularly check not only whether the site is reachable but also whether the paths that bring enquiries still work — form submissions, phone links, booking journeys and the load time on a smartphone. Anything that stands out goes into the monthly report together with an assessment of whether it needs immediate action or fits into the next round.
