Our care covers the technical tasks that keep a website current, secure and fast over the long term — and it also takes the ongoing small changes off your plate. Instead of separate providers for updates, security, backups and content, you coordinate a single partner with a dedicated contact. Every task follows a fixed procedure, every intervention is documented and summarized clearly in the monthly report.
Updates and upgrades
The content management system, extensions and themes are updated regularly — each update tested on a staging environment before it goes live. That keeps your site current without an update disrupting operations.
Security and hardening
We close known security gaps promptly, maintain security headers, login protection and access rights, and keep an eye on vulnerability advisories. Your website stays protected against the most common attack paths.
Backups with recovery
Daily backups of files and database, retained for at least 30 days. A backup only counts for us once it can be restored — so we test recovery regularly instead of just hoping for it.
Monitoring and availability
Availability, load time and the SSL certificate are continuously monitored. If the site goes down or a certificate expires, we know first and act before your visitors see an error or a browser warning.
Performance care
Caching, image optimization and Core Web Vitals stay in view so the site remains fast as content grows. Fast websites keep visitors longer and are treated more favorably by search engines.
